PetPhase is designed so your data stays with you. Everything you enter in the app — pet profiles, weights, health records and photos — is stored only on this device.

This policy is provided under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Because PetPhase stores all data locally on your device and operates with no account system and no server, the data controller does not collect, receive, store, or transfer your pet or personal data through its own systems. The data described below remains on your device under your control.

What is stored

Pet profiles (name, breed, birth date, sex), weight entries, vaccination, vet-visit and medication records, health observations, photos you attach, and your app preferences (language, units, reminders). All of it is stored locally on your device.

What PetPhase does not do

PetPhase has no account system and no server. Your data is not collected, transmitted, sold or shared. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.

Camera, photos and notifications

Camera and photo-library access are used only to attach images to your records. Images are copied into the app's private storage and never leave your device. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — no push service is involved.

Deleting your data

Your data lives inside the app. Deleting a record removes it immediately, and uninstalling the app permanently deletes everything. There is currently no cloud backup — if you delete the app, your records cannot be recovered.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes how data is handled (for example an optional cloud backup), this policy will be updated and the change clearly announced in the app before any data leaves your device.

Your Rights Under KVKK (Article 11)

Because your data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us, you exercise most of these rights directly — for example, by viewing, editing, or deleting your records in the app, or by uninstalling the app to erase all data. To the extent the KVKK applies, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about any processing; learn the purpose of processing; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of data; object to any result produced solely by automated analysis; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

Since PetPhase holds your data locally and we operate no server or account system, we do not maintain copies of your data to retrieve, correct, or delete on your behalf. For any KVKK-related question or request, contact support@petphase.app; requests are handled within the periods provided by law.
