Not veterinary advice

PetPhase provides informational estimates — growth percentiles, life-stage phases, feeding-energy estimates and vaccine schedule reminders — based on published references. It is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for decisions about your pet's health, and seek immediate veterinary care in an emergency.

Your responsibility

What the app shows depends on the information you enter. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and should not be your only record of your pet's medical schedule — your veterinarian's records are authoritative.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Your data

Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated with new versions of the app; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
